Event - Macmillan Coffee Morning

On Friday 30th September St. Chad’s joined in the Macmillan Biggest Coffee morning. This is always the first fund-raiser of the year at St. Chad’s and is always well supported.

We held a Bring and Buy, a cake sale and a coffee morning. The children paid a pound to dress in green (or their own clothes) and enjoyed buying cakes, toys and ornaments.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and £802.19 was raised for Macmillan.

The children paid a pound to wear green or their own clothes.		We had a lovely lot of cakes to sell.
Every child had the chance to buy.		The twins found My Little Ponies for both of them.
It was great to see so many parents enjoying a coffee and a chat.		From babies to grandparents everyone enjoyed themselves and helped to support Macmillan.
